Devotees Flock to Kaithal’s 700-Year-Old Badi Devi Temple on Navratri

Kaithal, Haryana, October 15: As the nine-day festival of Navratri commenced on Sunday, devotees from far and wide converged upon various temples to offer their prayers and seek blessings.

Among these sacred sites, the age-old temple in Kaithal, Haryana, witnessed a significant influx of devotees, as they came together to mark the beginning of this auspicious festival.

Sharadiya Navratri of Goddess Durga started today with great devotion and enthusiasm.

Early in the morning, a large number of male and female devotees started arriving at the ancient Badi Devi temple and other temples of Kaithal to worship the goddess.

Pandit Shiv Charan, chief priest of the Badi Devi temple of Kaithal and Pandit Vinayak of Chhoti Devi temple mentioned that there is immense devotion and enthusiasm among the devotees.
