Earthquake of 5.5 magnitude strikes Kashmir

Srinagar, Feb 19: An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 struck parts of northwestern Kashmir on Monday around 9:35 pm.

The epicenter of the quake was reported to be in the other part of the Kashmir administered by Pakistan, a private weather forecaster said.

The earthquake had a depth of 10-kilometers, he said.
