
Srinagar, Oct 11: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed his appreciation for President Smt. Droupadi Murmu’s presence at the University of Kashmir’s Convocation. He commended the achievements of female graduates, acknowledging their self-assurance, bravery, and pioneering contributions in education and various fields, underscoring their role in advancing the Union Territory (UT) and promoting women’s leadership in development.
