Srinagar, Nov 5: Zamin Foundation, in collaboration with Lalla Ded Hospital, successfully organised a blood donation camp on Tuesday to encourage voluntary blood donation and strengthen community participation in lifesaving initiatives.
A statement said that the camp witnessed seamless coordination between the hospital management and the foundation team.
Present on the occasion were Programme Manager Salim Wani, General Manager Ushna Aseera, and Abrar Ahmad from Zamin Foundation, who supervised the arrangements and lauded the dedication of all participants and volunteers.
Zamin Foundation expressed gratitude to Medical Superintendent Dr Muzaffar and Dr Shadaan, Incharge Blood Camp, for their support and guidance, which played a key role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the event.
“Every drop of blood donated is a symbol of compassion and humanity,” a spokesperson of the foundation said, adding that such initiatives reflect the organisation’s mission to promote community health and humanitarian service.
The camp concluded successfully, reaffirming Zamin Foundation’s commitment to healthcare awareness and social welfare across J&K.
