Srinagar, Dec 24: Downtown Heroes FC’s Development Team departed for Delhi to participate in the Reliance Foundation Development League, marking the club’s maiden appearance in the prestigious national youth competition aimed at identifying and nurturing emerging football talent.
As per a statement isused on Wednesday, this landmark participation marks a proud moment for the club and for football in the region, as young talents from Downtown Heroes FC prepare to test themselves against the best emerging players from across the country. The Development League serves as a vital platform for nurturing elite youth talent and bridging the gap between grassroots football and professional football.
