Srinagar, Feb 8: Arise Hyundai on Sunday organised the ‘Hyundai Always Around’ service campaign at two locations in the Kashmir Valley, offering customers a one-stop platform for sales, service and vehicle-related support.
The campaign was held at Amir Fouzia & Co. Filling Station, Bemina Tengpora, Srinagar, and opposite Sanitorium near MAC Super Market, Amargarh, Sopore. Designed as a customer-centric outreach, the initiative aimed to bring Hyundai’s services closer to both existing owners and prospective buyers, ensuring convenience and easy access under one roof.
The event was inaugurated at the Tengpora venue by Rayees Ahmad Baba, General Manager, Amir Fouzia & Co. Filling Station, while Mohammad Saleem, General Manager (Services), Arise Hyundai, inaugurated the campaign at Sopore. The launch marked the beginning of a day focused on customer engagement, service support and brand interaction.
During the campaign, visitors were offered guided test drives across Hyundai’s product range, along with vehicle assessments, service consultations and exchange options under the Hyundai Promise programme. Trained technicians and sales professionals were present throughout the day to provide personalised assistance and expert guidance.
As part of the initiative, Arise Hyundai’s service team conducted complimentary 25-point vehicle check-ups, followed by one-on-one consultations to advise customers on upcoming service requirements. Customers also had the opportunity to evaluate their existing vehicles, book new Hyundai models and avail on-the-spot benefits.
Company representatives said the campaign reflects Hyundai’s approach of staying connected with customers beyond the point of sale. They added that the initiative underlines the brand’s focus on convenience, transparency and long-term trust, while reinforcing its commitment to reliable service and customer satisfaction across the Valley.
