Srinagar, Mar 28: Apni Party leadership has called on its spokespersons and media panelists to step up and take a more active role in clearly communicating the party’s stance on important issues to the people. They have been instructed to remain available at the party’s Srinagar headquarters so that the party can strengthen its presence and visibility across all platforms—print, electronic, and social media.
A statement from the party reads: “In an important meeting chaired by Apni Party’s Chief Spokesperson Muntazir Mohiudin, the party’s spokespersons and media panelists were urged to take proactive steps to strengthen the party’s visibility in the media. The meeting was attended by party spokespersons Harbaksh Singh, Ishrat Bhat, media panelist Advocate Owise Ashraf Shah, and was notably graced by the presence of Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, who gave some valuable suggestions to strengthen the party’s media wing.
“During the meeting, it was decided that in the upcoming organisational elections, the media wing will remain active and play its role in ensuring smooth and transparent polls. It was also decided that the media wing will proactively highlight the political and public outreach activities of the party and its leaders. In addition, the media wing will bring attention to the miseries faced by the public and contribute to strengthening the party,” the statement added.
Speaking on the occasion, Muntazir urged spokespersons and media panelists to maintain a strong presence on mainstream media as well as across all social media platforms, in order to effectively present the party’s stance on important issues to the public. He also urged them to ensure their availability at the party headquarters and to participate in every organisational meeting to facilitate better and more effective communication.
