Kangan, Aug 22: The rescue teams including J&K Police, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), local volunteers on Saturday continued its search for a Srinagar youth feared drowned in Nallah Sindh at Preng in the Kangan area of Ganderbal district.
The search operation entered its second consecutive day on Saturday after 18-year old Danish Bilal, a resident of Illahibagh, Srinagar, reportedly drowned while bathing at Kijpara Kangan on Friday.
SDRF teams from Ganderbal and Gund, Police along with local volunteers launched a joint search and rescue operation following the incident and resumed the search on Saturday to trace and recover him.
