Kashmiri public policy scholar Arhan Bagati has been appointed a Research Fellow at the Harvard Center for International Development (CID), from August, 2026.
Bagati, a Master in Public Policy graduate from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, will undertake development-focused research at CID, particularly on Kashmir and its unique development challenges.
The appointment places a Kashmiri researcher within one of Harvard’s leading centres concentrating on advancing research and policy solutions to local issues in Kashmir.
