Srinagar, September 1: Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kashmir Zone Sujit Kumar today paid a courtesy call on the Chief Minister at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar, following his recent assumption of charge as the Inspector General of Police, Kashmir.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister welcomed the senior police officer and extended his best wishes to Sujit Kumar for a successful and productive tenure.
The courtesy meeting comes shortly after the IGP Kashmir took charge of the important assignment, which oversees policing and security-related matters across the Kashmir Valley.
