EduChoice organised the PU Principal Summit 2026 at the UAS Alumni Association Convention Hall, Veterinary College Premises, Bellary Road, Bengaluru.
As many as 300 principals and academic leaders from Pre-University institutions across North Bengaluru and surrounding areas participated in the summit.
The summit was centred on the theme “Beyond the Classrooms: Technology, Assessments, Reforms and Career Readiness – AI and Beyond”, with discussions focused on the changing educational landscape and the need to prepare students for emerging careers and evolving global opportunities.
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by the keynote address by Dr. B. N. Suresh, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri awardee, who spoke on “Next-Generation Students and Skills” and the importance of developing relevant skills among learners for the future.
The event was also attended by T. Palaksha, Director, Department of Pre-University Education, along with other distinguished dignitaries and education leaders. P. M. Radha, Managing Director, EduChoice, welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of creating stronger collaboration between educational institutions, technology leaders and industry.
The summit featured keynote sessions, panel discussions, collaborative dialogues and best-practice showcases, providing principals and academic administrators with opportunities to exchange ideas and discuss practical approaches to educational transformation.
Discussions explored how Artificial Intelligence, digital leadership, innovation, technology-enabled learning and strategic institutional transformation are reshaping educational ecosystems. The sessions also addressed technology in education, evolving assessment practices, education reforms, career readiness and the changing skills required by students.
The discussions provided valuable insights for educational leaders on supporting teachers, guiding students and preparing institutions to respond effectively to the changing demands of higher education, technology and employment.
The EduChoice PU Principal Summit 2026 served as a platform for education leaders to engage with experts, share institutional experiences and explore approaches to building more future-ready learning environments.
