Jammu, July 01: In a fresh directive aimed at streamlining teaching operations, the Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) has instructed all Chief Education Officers to take strict action against staff who have not resumed their original postings after being recalled from attachments.
In a communique addressed to CEO’s, DSEJ stated that, “this office Order No. 171-DSEJ of 2025 dated 19.05.2025, order issued under endorsement No. DSEJ/2025/33880-85 dated 24.06.2025, refer to the above-cited communications, wherein directions were issued for recalling of all School Education Department staff who were attached/deployed in offices other than the School Education Department and Dissolution of various cells constituted at the Directorate, CEO, and ZEO levels, with instructions for the staff working therein to report back to their original places of posting immediately, without availing any joining time, and resume their teaching duties.”
In this connection, you are directed to submit a compliance report to this office by 03.07.2025 positively. Issue notices for unauthorized absence to such staff who has not reported back to their original places of posting till date, reads the communique. (JKNS)
