Srinagar, June 1: In a move aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura (near Chandigarh), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the DUCAT School of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
The partnership aims to promote skill development, innovation, and research in cutting-edge technologies like AI, 5G, and 6G.
A statement said that the MoU was signed under the guidance of Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges. Dr. J.K. Saini, Director, Aryans Group, and Ateek Ansari, Representative of DUCAT School of AI, formally inked the agreement at the Aryans campus. Jeetesh Mathur, Business Development Manager, DUCAT, was also present during the signing.
Speaking on the occasion, Ateek Ansari said, “This strategic collaboration will focus on co-designing industry-relevant courses, organising workshops, hackathons, faculty development programs, and providing access to advanced laboratories in AI and communication technologies.” He added that the MoU also includes plans to establish Centers of Excellence and mentorship networks to support startups and drive innovation.
