Deeply anguished by Kathua cloudburst: Ghulam Nabi Azad

Srinagar, Aug 17: Former Chief Minister and DPAP chief Ghulam Nabi Azad on Sunday expressed deep sorrow over the tragic cloudburst in Kathua that claimed several lives and left many injured.

In a post on X, Azad wrote that he is “deeply anguished” by the tragedy. He conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

He also urged the administration to extend every possible assistance to those affected by the disaster, as per KNS.
