Kupwara, Nov 4: Ahead of the upcoming Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2025, Assistant Commissioner Panchayat,(ACP), Kupwara, Arshid Qadir Bhat who is also the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), for AC 6-Langate, convened a review meeting with Supervisors and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) in the constituency.
During the meeting, Arshid Qadir Bhat emphasized the crucial role of Supervisors and BLOs in ensuring a fair, and transparent SIR process.
He stressed the importance of thorough preparation, including Mapping of Electors and Marking of Progeny through the BLO App, and creating route maps in advance to facilitate the smooth conduct of the upcoming SIR 2025. He also briefed the BLOs on the functioning of Marking and Mapping of Electors and reporting to their Supervisors on daily basis.
