Srinagar, Jun 17: In a major boost to local football enthusiasm, the District Football Association (DFA) Srinagar welcomed several stalwarts of football during Tuesday’s fixture of the My Youth My Pride, Srinagar Premier Football League 2024-25, held at the TRC Synthetic Turf in Srinagar.
The event, as per a statement, was graced by renowned former internationals Mohammad Yousuf Dar and Mehraj-ud-Din Wadoo, along with Hamid Banday, former Chairman of the J&K Bank Sports Board, former Executive President of the J&K Bank, and a former national footballer.
Their presence electrified the atmosphere and served as a huge morale boost for the players and fans alike.
DFA Srinagar expressed deep gratitude to the dignitaries for supporting grassroots football and contributing to the ongoing development of the sport in the region.
