New Delhi, Jul 26: India is closely monitoring the escalating situation along the Thailand-Cambodia border, the Ministry of External Affairs said on Friday. Responding to media queries, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal reaffirmed India’s friendly ties with both nations and expressed hope that tensions would de-escalate peacefully.
Indian nationals currently in the region have been advised to remain vigilant and reach out to Indian embassies in Bangkok and Phnom Penh for assistance.
