Srinagar, Mar 13: Mahindra Tractors, part of the Mahindra Group and India’s leading tractor brand, has announced plans to ramp up production of its OJA 2130 tractor series from its future-ready OJA platform.
The OJA 2130 series is available in three variants — OJA 2130 PROJA, OJA 2130 Large Tyre (9.5×18 tyres) and OJA 2130 Narrow Track with FR (Forward + Reverse) Shuttle — in the 30 HP category.
The company said the tractor has been designed to deliver advanced technology, superior performance and versatility for a wide range of farming applications, including horticulture, vineyards, intercultural farming, sugarcane and cotton cultivation.
Built on the OJA platform, the series offers a strong power-to-weight ratio, enabling improved agility and efficiency across diverse agricultural operations. Standard four-wheel drive ensures better traction and productivity in different terrain conditions.
The tractor is powered by a three-cylinder direct injection engine producing 83.7 Nm torque with strong back-up torque, while maintaining good fuel efficiency and lugging ability.
According to the company, the OJA 2130 series features best-in-class turning radius and higher ground clearance, allowing easy manoeuvrability in tight spaces.
