Nagrota, Jun 15: Additional Director General, NCC Directorate of Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh, Major General Anupinder Singh Bevli visited NCC Training Academy (NTA), Nagrota on June 14 and interacted with the cadets preparing for the prestigious Special National Integration Camp, Srinagar. The ADG, during his visit at NTA was welcomed with ceremonial protocol by immaculately dressed cadets exuding discipline and unwavering dedication. “The visit was marked by inspirational interactions and deeply encouraging words, aimed to bolster the morale of cadets preparing for the prestigious Special National Integration Camp, Srinagar—where they will be representing the vibrant cultural mosaic of JK&L to participants of contingents from sixteen other NCC Directorates,” said PRO Defence Lt Col Suneel Bartwal.

A defining highlight of the day was the ADG’s invaluable guidance and motivational interaction with the cadets preparing for IDSSC-2025, with his visionary leadership and inspiring mentorship he had a transformative and energizing effect on all participants, PRO Defence said, adding, “His presence and words served as a beacon of motivation for the cadets, encouraging them to reach new heights of excellence.”

Adding a touch of sophistication to the day’s proceedings, Gurpreet Bevli, spouse of Maj Gen Anupinder Singh Bevli and a distinguished guest speaker herself, conducted a captivating workshop on “Dining etiquettes and social grace.”

With her graceful poise and engaging eloquence, she emphasized the need for refined manners and polished interpersonal behaviour. Through vivid examples and practical tips, she illustrated how these soft skills form the backbone of one’s social and professional presence. “Her session, rich with elegant insights and refined wisdom followed by hands-on practical training, left the cadets enriched with a deeper understanding of gracious conduct and cultivated charm, essential for the future ambassadors of our society,” PRO Defence said.

“This momentous day, brimming with inspiration and refinement, will remain etched in the annals of CATC-J4 and in the memory of every cadet present,” Lt Col Bartwal said.
