Srinagar, May 2: National Conference (NC) leader and MLA Lal Chowk Ahsan Pardesi today inaugurated multiple health centers in Lal Chowk assembly constituency.
According to a press release the new health centers were inaugurated at Shivpora, Zaffron Colony, Padshahi Bagh, and Aramwari. The event was attended by Director Health Services Kashmir, Jahangir Bakshi, and Chief Medical Officer Srinagar, Tahir Sajad Bhat.
Also present were ZMO Batmaloo, ZMO Khanyar, representatives from the MD NHM JK office, and the District Programme Management Unit Srinagar. The inauguration marked a significant step towards strengthening urban healthcare infrastructure and improving accessible primary health services for the residents of Srinagar, the press release said.
The MLA extended his heartfelt thanks to the director health and department for their tireless efforts in making quality healthcare more accessible to the community. He emphasised that these new health centers would play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall well-being of the people. Party office bearers and other prominent figures joined the MLA in the inauguration ceremony, underscoring the collective commitment to improving public health services.
