Srinagar, Oct 27: The District Football Association (DFA) Srinagar on Monday congratulated Sajid Yousuf Dar, head coach of the University of Kashmir and former India women’s team coach, for becoming the first coach from Jammu and Kashmir to be recognised as a FIFA Coach Educator.
