Budgam, Jul 25: ROZ-E-YUVA, an initiative under Mission YUVA, was organised today by J\&K Bank at the New Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Budgam. The event, chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din, marked the distribution of sanction letters to aspiring young entrepreneurs.
The ceremony was attended by ADC Budgam Mehraj-ud-Din Shah, CPO Javaid Ahmad, Zonal Head J&K Bank (Budgam Zone) Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Cluster Head J&K Bank, Assistant Director Employment, Lead District Manager Budgam, and branch heads from across the district.
Speaking at the event, the DC described Mission YUVA as a transformative step aimed at turning youth from job seekers into job creators. He encouraged beneficiaries to pursue their ventures with commitment and help others grow along the way, thereby contributing to overall societal development.
Zonal Head Fayaz Ahmad Bhat reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to youth empowerment through sustained financial and advisory support. “This initiative will not only create individual livelihoods but also pave the way for wider employment generation,” he said.
Following the distribution ceremony, senior bank officials conducted an interactive session with the beneficiaries, addressing queries and clarifying key procedural aspects related to the scheme.
