France's Minister of State for Development, Francophonie and International Partnerships Chrysoula Zacharopoulou on Tuesday announced the conclusion of the Euro 100 million loan agreement between the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Indian government. New Delhi, Oct 25: India has decided to partially resume visa services in Canada from October 26 onwards, a month after they were closed down amid deteriorating diplomatic ties between both the nations, the Indian High Commission in Ottawa said on Wednesday.
