Jammu, Oct 20: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Transport, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma has extended his warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the occasion of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, said an official press release.
