Srinagar, July 18: The Government on Saturday extended summer vacation for all schools of Kashmir division and winter zones of Jammu division till July 22, 2026 (Wednesday) in view of prevailing heat weather conditions and inclement weather advisory.
Minister for School & Higher Education, Sakina Itoo in a post on X said: “In view of the prevailing weather conditions, it has been decided to extend the summer vacation for all Government and recognized private schools in the Kashmir Division and the winter zones of Jammu Division up to 22nd July (Wednesday)”.
