Srinagar, Sep 5: The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced power shutdown in several areas of Kashmir division in upcoming days.
In a statement issued, Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL said the shutdown of 33 KV Airforce line will be observed due to which power supply to Humhama, Jeelani Abad, Co-operative Colony, Nadroo, Sheikhpora, PHQ, Airport, Hyderpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10 AM to 02 PM on 07 September 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Awantipora-Sangam-2nd line will be observed due to which power supply to Siamoh, K-koot, Kiagam, Hariparigam, Chakoora, Gulzarpora, Panzgam, Railway and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 03 PM on 08, 12 & 15 September 2026, statement added.
