Ramban, Nov 07: The District Administration Ramban has issued a directive for wide publicity of the schedule for depositing the second installment of Hajj-2027 (1448 AH) by selected pilgrims from the district.
As per the official communication issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, selected pilgrims are required to deposit the second installment of ₹1,25,000 per pilgrim on or before November 30, 2026.
In this regard, the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR), Ramban, has directed all Tehsildars to inform selected Hajj pilgrims within their respective jurisdictions about the payment deadline and ensure timely dissemination of the information.
The District Information Officer (DIO), Ramban, has also been asked to publicise the payment schedule and prescribed procedure through print, electronic and social media platforms.
The directive has been issued in pursuance of a circular from the Haj Committee of India, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.
Selected pilgrims have been advised to deposit the prescribed amount within the stipulated deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
