Srinagar, Nov 03: An earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale struck Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir at 10:56 pm on Monday.
Officials said, the earthquake occurred at a shallow depth of 5 kilometres, with its epicentre located at latitude 33.292° North and longitude 75.893° East in Kishtwar district.
