Handwara, Aug 3: In a pulsating Ramhall Cricket League (RCL) encounter that kept fans on the edge till the last ball, Sultan Warriors Baramulla and Royal Goodwill Srinagar played out a thrilling tie at Ramhall Cricket Ground on Sunday.

As per a statement, with over 20,000 spectators in attendance and thousands more tuning in online, the match delivered high-octane drama as Sultan Warriors pulled off a sensational comeback in the final over, with a stunning late flourish by young Salman.

Royal Goodwill, after opting to bat first, posted a challenging 159/9 in 20 overs, powered by fiery contributions from Ishtiyak Rasool (41 off 15 balls) and Younis Lefty (31 off 22 balls). Chasing 160, Sultan Warriors found themselves in deep trouble, requiring 29 runs off the last 12 balls.

Just when all seemed lost, youngster Salman stepped up with ice in his veins.
