7 Lakh Rupees stolen from a store of Jammu

2 Dec, Jammu: On Wednesday night burglars stole around round Rs. 7 lakhs from a shop near Super Market in the City Chowk Shalamar, Jammu. President of Beopar Mandal, Ashok Kumar Gupta told media that burglars broke open the shutters of a shop and ran away with Rs. 7 lakhs. “The Police need to look at the non-local rehriwalas and shopkeepers as this purchasing place by no means witnessed robbery,” Gupta stated and expressed suspicion on the non-nearby traders working in Jammu. Following the theft incident, the shop proprietor has lodged a complaint with the Police.
